Conventional Education System and its Side Effects

While its been repeatedly observed that the Indian market is consistently declining in the Job Sectors and most of the People do also face a drastic change while entering into the Professional World, I certainly feel its high time to address this issue yet again which has been highlighted many a times before and has been overlooked easily.

Now this is how the education system goes:-

Our Education System goes back to its conventional times and teaches us the same things being taught in 1980's and 1990's.
Do we understand by this that nothing actually changed in the last 30 years and the world is on a standstill? If it did changed, then isn't it important to highlight those changes in our system as well and brief all the young participants to be well adverse and diversified with those changes?

While students develop a fake belief on the education system of our country that they have been given a strong foundation and they certainly feel and notice in their dreams that they have an excellent potential of a very high survival in future, confronting the reality when they actually observe the real life and indeed the corporate life quite different from the expectations?
Why everyone in our country is suppose to follow the conventional studies (engineering as an example) while the real work scenario's and interests of the candidates are quite different?
Why We don't have a freedom to choose the exact line where we want to work, the exact dream which we want to see and the exact study we want to do right from our school time?We know ourselves right?Then why we don't trust our instinct as early as we can?

Don't you think that the Indian education system judges everyone's potential by the same set of rules and then becomes judgmental about their respective abilities?

The world is heading upfront with a great pace and I certainly feel the high potential of our candidates gets hidden somewhere because of the burden of this unwanted and non interesting education.Away from the real life and giving a fake world to the youth is also not a sign of a developed society, neither a sign of the stabilized future.

Industries these days expect something completely different from what has been taught in school and colleges due to which people cant withstand the amount of pressure and productivity expected to be delivered in a quick succession of time which leads to employer's in satisfaction and undesired results. the employment rate goes down and the quality is lost.

Its indeed important that we change this educational system to let people choose what they want to do right from the childhood and lets not put them into pressures of studies for certain years and then giving them a false hope that after its completion you will have a day when you can live your dreams, while the day never comes and is lost in dreams by the time they face the real world....!  

Ravindra Jadeja and Celebrity Firing

While Ravindra Jadeja's marriage is hitting the News these days,I certainly came across a post stating objections on the Style of his marriage and believe the same are justified too.The extent of the law is such that no one even bothered to stop the unusual activities going thereby giving another reason of shame to the Nation.

While Cricket is followed like a Religion in this Country,a lot of inspiration is being taken from the Cricketers by the Youth of the nation and they consider their respective Temperament as an example they want to carry forward with.

Being so inspirational all over the Country and Ravindra Jadeja specifically talking about the justice and political matters frequently on Twitter,I firmly believe He should set positive examples in front of the World as he is being followed by not all but indeed many Cricketers and Youngsters.

Incidents have been reported in which there is Celebratory firing going on in his marriage,even after knowing that people want to abolish this completely as it resulted in many unforeseen situations looking at the past.

This is against the code of conduct and rumors are already in the Air that strict actions and Police jurisidication would come into the Picture soon for breaking the Law in this Context but everyone Knows the result "He would land up going free from this coarse of action with the power of money and being a celebrity figure in front of nation.

Not a very smart Move Mr Jadeja,when the whole world is watching you and you still allow unjustified things to go on in your marriage,and setting a wrong example in front of the Nation and the World.We expect some Sincere moves with People like you around to set out good examples and Influence People but hereby you are setting examples of Power and Political Justice to favour you instead the Law.Dhoni,Sachin, and recently Harbhajan including many cricketers of your generation also got married,but everyone stayed in their boundaries.

Such cheap ways to get publicity and attention of the Media would not make you a Hero but would indeed make you an ordinary person trying his level best to gain fame and Publicity.Now the Point here is,as per the Law,he should be imprisoned for three years for going with unlicensed firing in an event but would this practically happen?This is just going to be another example where people make fun of the Law of our Country,Play around with it,and set up wrong examples in front of the World again justifying people across all over the nations to Truly state that this is a Country of "No Law and Justice".How many times the same examples would come across and We will face the Shame for the Law?

People are educated enough to realize the Real heroes and inspirations of their Life.Morover,Mr Jadeja,Experience teaches the Lions to remain calm because they know barking would not result in any Hunting for them.

Betting & IPL-A Strong Relation

Today the So called Festival of our Country IPL will begin its 9th season and all the Cricket Loving fans have got another reason to stick to their Televisions in the Evening and enjoy this entertainment.

While Modes of Enjoyment for People are different.Some want to see this as an entertainment and some wants to earn money coming in from every match they follow.With some of the Close Encounters and Nail Biting finish in the last season happening repeatedly most of the crowd is now aware that there are Fixings on Huge level in this Game and its not more than a mere source of entertainment for people replica to 3 Hour movie with a Happy Ending.Also now we have evidences that they are fixed, since 2 Teams have already been banned from this Season which I wonder is a way to fool people around as you allow the Players who have been involved to play from different teams being introduced. Did it eventually made any difference?I think No.from the point of view of investors,indeed Yes.

While Gambling is taken very prominently in Europe and US,and also in other parts of the World.I wonder why India is so strict to make it Legal.
As per the analysis,People who wants to do gambling will do it with a very probable intention and the Numbers are huge in India.So the Law is simple,If you restrict people from doing it in a nation like India,They will do it even more & that's a Typical mindset here .

Its their money and they have a Right to invest the way they want to,I feel that in India we adapt ourselves to an opinion and then restrict to it.Like we adapted ourselves here that Gambling is a bad form of making money and should be avoided.Why?Do we have any reasons?If this is Bad,then share marketing should also be considered as Bad since its also a form of making money based on analysis,study and Predictions.

If the Govt makes it legal then I firmly believe they would eventually start earning interests on the amount earned and would make huge profits too as we know that Billions of money is being invested in this form of Cricket and specially in a Country Like India where cricket is a religion and people have emotions assosiated with a Win/Loss,the chances of making huge turnovers from the interest of the amount invested exponentially increases. Morover,People are smart enough and know how to invest and how much to invest so why doesn't the government too utilize their smartness and get the revenues out of it?

Mercedes-Hit and Run Case & our Govt system...!

India is a Country of no rules.I eventually started realizing this Once I travelled to other Nations and herd the Opinion of People about our so called Developing Nation.The Story doesn't end here,Even if We for a moment accept this Country the way its going,We cant ignore the cases that take place here and keep the Whole World in a shocking state.

While I have many cases to talk about here,I would be taking a latest Hit and Run Case in which a School Going Boy(Under 18) was driving  Mercedes of his Father at a speed so fast that you wont even find that speed to be legally acceptable in countries of Middle East where the max Speed Limit is way more than our Home Country India.

He came Flying and with his Car took the Life of a 32 year Old IT Professional Siddharth sharma who just dared to cross the Road with literally no Ongoing Traffic but never realized that a Boy could drive so fast that he cant even cross the Road at the speed of the Blink of an Eye.

What was his Mistake?I feel only one thing,He was born in a Country where there are No Rules followed and it eventually resulted in his Death.

Police interrogation is ongoing,Like it Go always,the Boy who Drove belongs to a Rich Family and they have pushed the name of their Family Driver in this accident as he is Poor.We Even Know that the Boy will land out safe in this Country because this is what has been happening from Years in India.

Such Cases never take Place in Middle East,Europe or Other Continents because the Laws are Strict and People have a fear to break them.A Fear,which always remain in their mind for doing anything wrong because they Know they have to pay the Price for raising a foot in the Wrong direction.

On the Contrast,In India,If you are Rich and have a Huge Bank Balance,you have a liberty to Buy everything.A Liberty to even Buy the Lives of People at any desirable costs because even the Govt will Support the Stronger People.This is a Country where you can buy the Policemen,Judicials,Politicians or let it be Humans of any forms except the Indian Army which selflessly Protects this Nation.

When will this System Change?The Answer to me is Never if we continue the same system.

I had a Hope some Years before that Young Generation would change this system but they are even 2 steps ahead of their Past generations.This is bound to happen because they have been born and brought up in a Political system where more than 90 percent of the People firmly believes  that corruption is the Only way out that will leads to success.

Its not that What I wrote above is not known to Indians,everybody and believe me everybody knows this,but now we have a habit of living in the Environment which is given to us.No One is Bothered to change and No one will ever be in this Country.If one or two dare to stand,then the amount of corrupted people is so High that they hugely want to supress the voices working in the Right Direction.

Its High time we dissolve the Roots of this Political system by not allowing any Politician to come in Politics if he belongs to a Political family.and this is what I mean by Roots to be dissolved.

We dont want any Rahul Gandhi to be a definite option for Congress in representing a candidate for the Prime Minister of India.We want people like APJ Abdul Kalam to come forward who already prooved that they were an asset to this nation.A family tag should be abandoned.We dont give these families a right to rule our political system for years and keep producing children so that they keep representing the same families and keep Governing us.

Bring Fear in People that they are Governed by Educated Politicians,Policemen and Leaders and let this Fear maintain,Only and Only then I believe that We wont encounter cases like Siddharth Sharma in this Country anymore(People like him are innocent and thats their only Flaw that they were born and brought up in a country like India where there are no rules and no value for Life...!)

Change the Bloody roots of this System and Clear the Garbage.Let High Education be a prerequisite for entering in this System else we will keep on loosing innocent Lives & We will keep on loosing the Power of Opinion...!Punish the Rich bastards like him who Played with Siddharth's Life so hard that it doesnt allow any individual to repeat this again intensionally...!

Being a Cricket Fan..!

Cricket is a World for Many and I am Undoubtedly a Part of that World.While being an Indian the First among Favourites is the Indian Cricket Team but truly the game is above of them all.

If I talk of India,then in this Country,cricket is neverthless less than a Religion and Sachin is the God of this religion.I always wanted to see this Player to Play in the T20 Format of the game even more as I know that he sometimes even made a 50 over Game against Australia not less than a T20 Game that we Cherish these days.Remember the famous Series in Which Shane Warne used to have dreams of Sachin Midnight and he use to Wake Up?

Its not that this was the only thing I want to remember and Sachin the Only Player I cherish, but the kind of revolution this Player brought in the Country for this game,I hardly see anybody else making that much amount of the difference in any formats of the game.

Talking of Today's Cricket I feel T20 is really making a considerable Show and is having a tremendous Fan Following since People are running out of times and want to see Cricket as an entertainment,a 3 hour show which gives you the Result and most of the times in the thrilling encouters followed by a nail biting finish.It also gives us a rescue of a 5 Day standard Test Cricket where you actually wait for 5 Long Days and it may result in a Draw.Test Cricket although,I feel,was the Real Test of the Cricketers of Patience and charm to withstand Pressure for Long time.While I will be continuing My discussions on Cricket further of all the respective Format,the Intension of this Post is to let everyone know about my Prime hobby and bringing this Post to a conclusion that in these days the Players with the Highest hitting Power are above all.Like the way west Indies snached the World Cup this year from everyone's hands being having a tremendous hitting power and thereby Producing results in this Favour.

Will we see a Player of Sachin's caliber yet Again.the whole World awaits to see the Results...!Atleast not in all the Formats since they may demolish completely in Future,but definitely in T20 Format if someone hits the same consistency and rythm that Sachin maintained for Prolonged years.

A Blessed Life

Hello Everyone,

This is Anurag Kajra, and for many who wonder that how exactly I look like then I dont want to keep any Surprises for my Visitors.So here goes my 1st Picture of this Blog.I would be talking about My Hobbies,My Passions and My Profile lately as I keep Progressing about my Stories but Firstly I want to start with my Interpretation of  "Life"

Sometimes I wonder what Life is all about?A question even the Experts cant answer very easily but surely a Question to think about.When I was living my School Life,I certainly felt that I must grow up very soon to Enjoy the freedom what my Elders lived.Although I enjoyed every moment of the School Life too but certainly wanted to get what I didnt had in My Hands(A Normal Human Tendency to acquire and Run behind things what you dont pocess).I wanted an Age in which everyone thinks about me that I  am mature enough to take my own independent decisions forgetting the actual Freedom of the School Life being a Child that I had.


My School was very disciplined from all the perspectives & I still wonder We used to be a Prisoner of time in our Daily Routines to enjoy moments.Bunking of Classes was nearly impossible as being in an Army School you loose this priviledge to Enjoy.(This may sounds boring but yes that was the Sad Page of the Book I was trying to make pretty interesting.)


When I eventually Grow Up,I entered my College and started to Work for a leading MNC thereafter,I eventually now had the Freedom to take my Own individual decisions and guess what,the same Human Tendency came into the Picture again,Run after the things that you dont have in your Hands.I now started missing my School Life and understood the Freedom you actually had as a Child where there were no Burdens on Head,A Life which was Politically Free eventually and you take everything with a Pure Heart and sorrow,Help each other with no personal benefits and feel Happy in each others Progress.

We keep Growing and We keep loosing this innocence,We start ourselves adapting to People of our Surroundings and start taking some negative steps too in order to Grow.Life becomes so busy that we start loosing times for ourselves and our every moment starts getting occupied by the most important people of our Lives and our Brain eventually gets bound to others opinion.

I may not be mature enough in comparison to many People in my Surroundings as I am still a Learner,but there is one thing for Sure,Life has taught me to Live every Moment that you are in,for every moment is special and a God's Gift.Live Childhood Passionately and Fearlessly and try to maintain the same Rhythm in Maturity(I know as We Grow this becomes very difficult) but that's exactly where the Whole Fun lies.Passion and Fearlessness are two great combinations which Give Results irrespective of Situations and would always keep you positive to Strive what you want to achieve for. That's the Specific reason why I now find the boring page of my book pretty interesting because My School wanted to give me an Opinion to Hold,they wanted to give me fearlessness by keeping me in Fears of Discipline and wanted to see me Grow forward and Fight for my own individual life considering discipline as the first Milestone to the Ladder of Life.They indeed, wanted to teach me a lot but I eventually started realizing this, once I came out of its Premises....!
